What female leader, founder, writer, artist or advocate in recent or past history has inspired you to be the real you in your career?
Think of how you might celebrate her in March during Women’s History Month. Maybe it’s through social media, a thank you card or a phone call. Or sending her a book with an empowering message.
A favorite photo book of mine is Wise Women by Joyce Tenneson, mostly because it was a gift from a female colleague and forever friend years ago.
I can’t think of another time in my life when professional women acknowledging the contributions of other professional women has been more vital—especially if it helps us keep each other from getting discouraged and giving up on careers we love.
We can get through this together,
